Hemm żewġ sinjali għal NIFS ’IL BARRA. L-ewwel sinjal jsir b’modifikazzjoni ta’ varjant tas-sinjal PULMUN. L-idejn jieħdu l-forma ta’ 5 u jitqiegħdu fuq jew qrib is-sider bil-pala tħares ’il ġewwa u bis-swaba’ jippuntaw ’l isfel. L-idejn jimxu ftit il-barra waqt li l-ispalel u r-ras imilu lura, imbagħad l-idejn jerġgħu jersqu lura lejn is-sider waqt li l-ispalel u r-ras jidrittaw. Dawn il-movimenti jerġgħu jsiru darb’oħra. It-tieni sinjal isir bl-idejn forma ta’ 5 bis-swaba’ mifrudin u jippuntaw lejn il-ġnub u bil-pala tħares ’il ġewwa. Id waħda tibda quddiem il-ħalq imbagħad tinżel ftit biex l-idejn ikunu quddiem is-sider, id ’il fuq mill-id l-oħra. L-idejn jimxu ftit il-barra waqt li l-ispalel u r-ras imilu lura, imbagħad l-idejn jerġgħu jersqu lura lejn is-sider waqt li l-ispalel u r-ras jidrittaw. Dawn il-movimenti jerġgħu jsiru darb’oħra.

There are two signs for BREATHING OUT. The first sign is a modification of a variant of the sign for LUNG. The hands take the shape of 5 and are placed over or very close to the chest with the palms facing inwards and the fingers pointing downwards. The hands move outwards whilst the shoulders and head bend backwards, then the hands move back close to the chest whilst the shoulders and head straighten. These movements are repeated one more time. The second sign is made with both hands in the shape of 5 with fingers apart and pointing towards the sides and with palms facing inwards. One hand start in front of the mouth and then moves down a little so that the hands are in front of the chest, one hand a little above the other. The hands move outwards whilst the shoulders and head bend backwards, then the hands move back close to the chest whilst the shoulders and head straighten. These movements are repeated one more time.
